"I would like to thank Katherine Bonillasorto for her excellent customer service. Earlier this year I decided to close my accounts with State Farm which I had for over 18 years. I had a wonderful agent named Raul Braun but he retired. I was assigned a new agent who I have been very unhappy with. My emails and texts were not responded to. When I called the Central Office , the customer service rep was very abrupt with me. He did not want to help me and told me to talk to my agent. I told him my agent was not responding to my messages, that's why I was calling the Central Office. I was initially happy when Mr. Braun my first agent in Maryland. He would personally call me when I needed to talk to him. His office staff knew me and were always respectful and professional in the way they treat me after being a client for so long. I eventually move from Maryland. I have been unhappy with my agent and I am closing my 2 accounts with State Farm. However, when an individual goes out of their way to help you, she needs to be recognized. I would like to give a shout out to Katherine Bonillasorto in Baltimore, Maryland for respecting me as a valued customer for the past 18 years. State Farm needs more employees like her. Thank you Katherine.! I wish you the very best with your career. Stae Farm is very lucky to have you."
